it is the beginning of December, after a long period of rain (unprecedented for the south of France) the sun is again high in the sky.

we went out as tourists and visited Avignon - what a beautiful city it is with its Papal Palace and the Pont Bénézet !!

Since yesterday (May 18) the passion fruit is in bloom - such a beautiful flower.
Sinds gisteren (18 mei) staat de passievrucht in bloei - zo'n mooie bloem.
Depuis hier (18 mai), le fruit de la passion est en fleurs - une si belle fleur.

25th of April, 2018, a beautiful day to visit Villeneuve les Avignon (http://www.villeneuvelesavignon.fr/) and it's famous Chartreuse du Val de Bénédiction - unfortunately we didn't have enough time to visit the Fort Saint André ... a good excuse to go back again.

Het is bijna Pasen, Pasen valt vroeg dit jaar, maar desondanks zijn wij open en mogen wij onze eerste gasten voor het zomerseizoen verwelkomen.

Ook al is het nog wat fris om te zwemmen, het zwembad is na een grondige schoonmaakbeurt weer klaar.

It's almost Easter, Easter falls early this year, but nevertheless we are open and we welcome our first guests for the summer season.

Even if it is still fresh to swim, the pool is ready again after a thorough cleaning.

C'est presque Pâques, Pâques tombe tôt cette année, mais néanmoins nous sommes ouverts et nous accueillons nos premiers hôtes pour la saison estivale.

Même s'il est encore frais de nager, la piscine est prête à nouveau après un nettoyage complet.
